If you are choosing snacks that are carbonated, high in fat, and unhealthy, you are bound to feel low in energy by the end of the day. The more you say “I promise I won’t snack!“, the more you end up wanting it. You see, it turns into a forbidden fruit that we humans love.

Throw in a banana: Bananas are high in potassium, and it keeps you full for a long time. It keeps you energized for your day!

You can also add granola, or nuts and make it a light meal. This is great for fueling for your day.

Smoothies

Quick to make, and portable? Count me in! Whether you need a breakfast idea, or a snack to pack for work, or a great pre/post -workout, smoothies is your friend!

Smoothies provide a perfect balance of nutrients, carbohydrates, healthy fats in one drink. The fun part is, you can even customize your drink to your liking!

Dark Chocolate And Nuts

Chocolates are not so unhealthy, but you have to eat them in moderation. Dark chocolate is filled with antioxidants, iron, and some caffeine. It is a great snack to eat throughout your day to energize. To avoid sugar load, you need to stay in moderation. Around 2-3 pieces are completely fine.

Pairing them with nuts, and you have another great healthy snack. Nuts are high in magnesium and vitamins. You can try to combine dark chocolate with almonds, walnuts, berries, dates. They are yummy to eat, and help you focus on your goals of the day.

If you don’t like to pair nuts with other components, eating them by itself is completely fine too.

The aroma of popcorn itself pulls you to devour it. It is a great low-calorie snack that satisfies your craving without guilt. It is high in fiber, which is great for digestion.

Sprinkle some seat salt, cheese powder for taste, or just have it by itself.

Hard-Boiled Eggs

Eggs are one of the best snacks, it’s tasty, healthy, and a great source of protein. It is low in calories, around 77 calories, which makes it a great choice for those on a diet.

Sprinkle some salt, chili flakes, pepper and you’re good to go!
