We all face those uneasy moments that anxiety helps us feel, but sometimes it can be overwhelming. We find ourselves running to the bathroom, phoning a friend immediately, or just shutting us in when it happens. It’s not always easy to deal with it, but there are ways it can be manageable that don’t affect our daily lives.

We’ve all been there, working on our desks, and your fingers start shaking lightly. Those anxious feelings can creep in any time, no warning. So, how do you prepare? Let’s answer this question in this section.

Gratitude writing: Focusing on what positive happened in your day can quite help a lot. It trains your brain to find the good in the bad. Remember, shift your focus to the positive.

Acknowledge Yourself: Celebrate your successes, no matter how small it is. Showing you care for yourself, shows your body how loved it is. Therefore, giving a boost to your healing process.
